June 25 – jogging

Yesterday did 3.76 miles in 60:01.  My fastest rate this year and for 60 minutes. I do feel worn today. No running and only did 1/2 of my normal Monday Total Gym routine.

And my weight is stable not going down. Too much Diet Coke?  I have had days where I gorged on Diet Coke, but lost weight. Not this month.
