Skipped breakfast, Athenas for lunch (yum!): lamb patties and Eggplant Mezes. Dinner is leftover prime rib and leftover village salad plus a small piece of Gouda cheese. Have had a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil.

Let’s see how I do.

Village salad is feta cheese, onion, cucumber, tomato and kalamata olives and lots of olive oil. no lettuce!
