I do find many days, that it is hard to start exercising. But at the end of the exercise I feel invigorated and convinced to do the next day, no matter how I feel.

Though the rate is slight, my running and my lifting are improving. I must admit my weight is stalled just above the lows of last month, even with this week of NO vegetables.
