Leg Day: Lifting today was not so easy.  I have always, going back to college days, lifted and then run. This time, I ran yesterday, then lifted today.  Not so good, and how to evaluate?

Also interesting in his own right is Dr. Kendrick. I have quoted him before. Indeed, he is the MD who set me to reading Physiology books (extracts) which show the things I am stating about vessel inflammation etc. being caused by smoking, bacteria, virus, insulin, glucose – NOT animal fat.
