Long Jog: 4.63 in 75:02. Splits  15:48-16:12-15:59-16:13-17:17 last fraction. Kept HR in Maffetone range (under 120, except a couple instances). Cadence 168 – Stride 0.59 meters. compare to 10/14 or better 10/7.  Today better by all measures, rest? or result of conditioning continuing to improve.?
