Wanted to jog today and nature gave us 75 degrees, sunny and very mild breeze. Thank you. 4.04 miles 67:29, stride 0.57, 168 cadence, 1-15:26, 2-16:41, 3-17:10, 4-17:41. Slowed down as HR got to 117 – the Maffetone number. Overall a very nice jog and could have done more. Felt so good.
