Continued rehab on right shoulder, adding an extra day of light workout to see if things can improve. Did Bench Press Machine to 100 lbs x 8 reps, then machine triceps work. Dead lifted 135 x 8 correctly. Slow jogged on the treadmill.  Right shoulder aches, but was able to put it overhead a few times – that is the most painful thing. Rain on tap for the weekend, but hope to run Sunday.

Diet has been interesting, had broccoli Tuesday, egg plant mezes Thursday and mushrooms Thursday night. Weight hit a new low Thursday and bounced up today. Just an observation.
