It turns out you need very little Vitamin C or E: UNLESS you eat lots of carbs. Note the comments on calcium, iodine and zinc. See some of my earlier posts on mitochondria. The ALA DHA comments are about Omega-3 fatty acids. ALA is a precursor and we are able to make some into usable Omega-3’s.
