Tested the injury from the dead lift on Sunday. Warmed up and did 45 lb dead lifts x 6 then 45 lb full squats. I could feel it, so I switched to a machine and did some work, but not full.

Did the mid week 2 miles or 30 minutes routine. 2.01 miles 32:13. Even pace, could feel the lower back a few times, but overall pretty good.

If veganism is so good, why are proponents quitting?  What is interesting is the reasons she gives and the changes she talks about!

Bonny Rebecca, one of the top vegan Youtubers, has also given up. (from Twitter).. You have to admire her for going online and talking about this!
