My summary: I went gluten free several years ago and lost 10+ pounds. In addition, I stopped needing antihistamines from March till October. I went LCHF last January and I have lost 35 lbs from that point. I have cut out various foods since the summer and I ended arthritis and acne.  I am now close to 98% vegetable free and just need to cut the Diet Coke habit.  I feel better than I have in a long time and hope the cola habit will end and improve that.
