I had omelet at WH and pizza topping (no crust at all) at restaurant yesterday. I ran but only 24 minutes (1.71 mi), yet I gained 3 lbs. Time of day plays a role, but I find that amazing. How much is the oils in the fake cheese (presumed) at WH and cooking the pizza affecting me? No answer, more questions.
