Moved the long “jog” to today since it is nice and tomorrow looks rainy.  Bloated from the salad Thursday and an omelet from WH; however, felt as if the run was pretty good: 3.77 mi in 60:32. Splits were 15:27, 15:58, 16:21, (projected) 16:35.  Not hard, but legs a little achy, as this gives me 9.16 miles in 5 days. I have pushed my treadmill time with 35 second sprints now up to 8.0 MPH.  Seems to be helping.
