Weights gradually improving, though I seem to need a second set. Started on dips and today got a great triceps burn. Shoulder hurts, but I keep on trying. The rainy day treadmill jog was kind of tough, but I got to 10.47 miles for the week, so I am happy. Did it with 5 days of running.
This graphic points out the liver makes the carbs that one uses. Makes sense for the liver to process things into a form the body can use. (an example of explaining after the facts are in?) This goes with the cows digesting the products of their fore stomachs and ending up eating Keto! You just cannot outsmart Mother Nature!
