Adjusting my program trying to improve. Wednesday did pace work (for me) and then slow jogging or walking other days. Tried for distance today and my HR stayed Maffetone after the start. Amazingly my pace improved a good bit. Food log follows. Keeping weight in the charts, what the heck?
