Seeing articles in running magazines and on Twitter about the effects of strength training. They seem to suggest older people need to work on strength, especially of the Achilles tendon and calves, to maintain and grow running ability.  I have been working on them, but perhaps need to intensify??

I also added a comment on Climate Science on that page. I am beginning to believe, but just not willing to delve into things that far.
