Whatever caused my weight to be up 1.5 lbs from the prior day.  Arrrgh. sort of.  Decided to run today.  Neighborhood has decent hills, so I am pleased.  Do not feel any worse after – and maybe a little better.

Listened to a little of Amber O’Hearn’s new book this morning. Inspiring example of how she went from Vegetarian to Carnivore and cured her bipolar problems.  A lot of it by pure luck. link here…  The link is not working now, but did an hour ago???
