Weight still bouncing and yesterday’s diet things did not help.  I am feeling worn from too much running, so will not try to sweat off the weight to a new low.  I am convinced more than ever that I am doing the right dietary thing – except the diet soda. However, cannot figure out what my body can do for exercise.
