Got to run today!! I was pretty eager. First leg anything since Sunday, and first run since Friday. I ran barefoot on the track which is also nice, and I worked hard to keep my heart rate under 117 – the Maffetone number for me. For me this is good speed. I have also been meticulous about the diet this week. Did that play a role?
Cadence is better and stride length is longest yet (ha!).
