Deadlift, squats and back extensions before a 3.03 mile jog with 2 “sprints” of 100 yards. Sort of have to chuckle at the thought of carrying water while jogging. It was hot but feels good. Today I have had about 16 grams of carbs – at brunch. Planning on a rib eye or prime rib for dinner. Two meals 16 carbs for the day. Feel good!!
