New jogging routine. 1st week: last week did leg weight lifting on Saturday then jogged 1.96mi – 33:14 minutes  on Sunday. Sprinted on Wednesday: 4 -60 yard sprints in a 20 minute jog.  Today, I did 2.29 mi – 34:14 minutes. Definitely faster pace, definitely not my best.  Part of me wants to jog more and part of me is wanting to do less and hopefully get more better ;>) …. arg!!!
