Well, I did shoulder day – still hurts, but using better and better. And then I did my sprints. 4 – 60 yard sprints in 1.43 miles and 20:33. Significantly better than last week. Darn, I really want to just go out and slow jog. Will be real interesting to see this weekend’s jog.
