Second week of less running, but today it was 82 degrees. My leg workout was lots better – got to 265 x 3 on deadlifts. The jogging was borderline. 2.39 miles in 35:53 and I was hot.
My weight is staying up. Weird. Low then bounce higher, even with some break in the diet. Maybe those cold showers are slowing my metabolism … if you believe that ….
