Did the mid week “sprints” coolish and cloudy.  Since I run the same track I know more or less where the distances are. Remember the inner lanes are shorter enough to stagger races. The watch seemed to give me a shorter mile. Why? And maybe 25 yards. But saying that, it also said 12:00 flat.  Which is close to my best. The total run as 1.77 miles 21:58.  Since everything else depends on this watch, I have to accept it.  Improving might be a challenge… or

This is week #4 of the reduced frequency and adding sprints routine.  It seems to be making me faster.  So much for my craving to run.

My new Luna sandals were very pleasant to run in. I also like them for just walking around.  They let my last 2 toes be free.
