Long jog day along with leg day on weights.  Upped dead lift to 275×2.  Squat machine to 235×8.  Improving but not records.

Cloudy rainy blah days leading to just jogging 2.46 miles 39:01 – 3rd day this week. Not an improvement from last week, but certainly better than earlier in the year.
