2.81 miles 44:25 this morning BEFORE food or caffeine. The pace is marginally better than last week, but not near the pace 2 weeks ago with less running in the week. Of course, where does the no caffeine fit in?   (no weights, dead lifts or squats before)

I am so happy to be at a weight I have not seen since 1990 or maybe earlier. Love the Keto and now carnivore diet for these things.

On the other hand, it took me 5 minutes to get the Vibram Trail shoes on! Once on, they are great for feel, protection and separating my toes. BTW, those are tan lines on my feet.
