Leg day was surprisingly good, especially given that I jogged yesterday. Dead Lift 285 x 3 which is a recent record. Still very difficult to squat bars since my right shoulder does not allow a good grip. Using a machine which I continue to increase.  Looking forward to what the week brings.

Wild swings on the weight.  Lunch and dinner at restaurants yesterday. Not totally sure of the salmon sauce.  No mood issues though. How much is just normal variation?
