Bench Press 185×1. Best since Dec 2018 (185lbs) and actually March 2018 when I did 210 lbs. Some shoulder pain on other exercises, but not on the bench. Weird since bench press is where I hurt it in the first place.
Over did the Primal Fuel in the Greek Yogurt yesterday and literally put myself to sleep. Weight up a tad; however, the Sunday “off the wagon” does not seem to have adversely affected me.
Had errands so did not jog today – that will mean I end up doing intervals on the 3rd or maybe 4th day. Promised golf to grandson and tomorrow may be only day this week.
