Let’s see, how can I put a positive spin on dead lifting 275 instead of 315?  More reps on the lower sequences? true, but.  I did run “intervals” on Wednesday and do still feel them.  I am adding the Primal Collagen Fuel more, hopefully to help my shoulder and recovery.  I keep reading that a 10 day sequence is good, but I want to do more????
