Well, the change in lifting routine made me feel different muscles and the very poor posture I was getting away with with the hex bar dead lift. Straight bar max 175 lbs x sets of 5.  Then the jogging with my grandson, who showed me the trail, was slow 64:05 for 3.59 miles. But feel good, and feel as if I am on a better path. Morning resting HR 48.
