Back to lifing and jogging: dead lift up to 175. “Long Jog” was really hard at 1.42 miles 29:44 minutes. It was very hard to keep my Heart Rate under 106 – the magic Maffetone number. And breathless unlike what I have experienced in a long time. Yet this is better than I have been in the last two weeks.
