Interesting study which shows some of the things I have learned.  Talks about combinations of food items.  Makes my mind hark back to a “Zen/ Chinese” diet I read about 30+ years ago.  Basically, it said certain combinations were taboo – and that included meat and starch.  How did they figure things out??
