Tried slo-jogging today. Did 1.0 miles in 20:16, HR to 165 but did not feel too bad. Total jog was 1.32 miles 26:36. Weight to 185.4 after the Thanksgiving debacle. Starting to feel as if I am in control a little.
Dead lifts with hex bar 245 x 2. not bad, not good. just do not see the point in straight bar with really heavy weights. The balance just is not good.
