Not a good month, only some weight control, right shoulder still hurts and affects my ability to hold a bar on my shoulders and thus my squat-ability.  Last time I did a 125 on my shoulders, I had heart rate problems (and none since, even with some diet coke).

Good news mostly, though: I still like to jog, I am hitting golf balls and my weights for the bench and dead lift are going up:
