Had my Greek yogurt combo breakfast, then at 1:00 went to gym and worked out then jogged.  It hurt but felt the best since September – still lots of walking obviously.

Oh, the watch gave believable HR numbers, even if the distance is not exactly what 2 other watches and the rec center say.
