Trying to find the balance and increase the running time slowly, while respecting the need for recovery. I did my back day workout and then walked with the intention of doing 30 minutes. Call from school to pick up grandson shortened that to 18 minutes. But we had a nice discussion of Siddhartha. The 0.7 and 18:00 is the estimated distance and time on the treadmill.
I can really feel these workouts, hope the make me stronger.
