Bench and push day: did bench presses 140 x3, 160, 180, and failed 190. Oh well. The effort seemed to affect the rest of the workout. But then my slo-jog on a 70 degree (F) day with sunshine was way less painful than it has been. And even 1 lap barefoot.
I need to add: on a sunny day my Samsung watch got the distance right and seemed to do pretty well on the heart rate. Now if I could figure out how to make the display stay on…
