did my weights on Total Gym – leg day. Looking things up it appears that TG offers about 50% of the weight on the board. So my one-leg squats are roughly 120 lbs. x 12

My run was marginally better today, after not really wanting to do it at all. 1 mile 17:02 – 1.54 miles 26:15.  You should see the map of the track which the Galaxy Watch Active2 displays.  Not so much confidence in its pin point accuracy.
