Deep Nutrition: 4 pillars of human diet: the biggest thing I see here is the insistence on including organs in the diet on a regular basis. She emphasizes the need for food grown on fertile soil so it can pass on complete nutrition. She talks very little about macros, fat v carbs, though the diet ends up being low carb if not necessarily “keto.”
My conclusion is that it would be perfect if we all always ate this way; is it the best way for us to balance our existing metabolic issues? Maybe…..
PS: the book does feature menus, shopping lists and a meal plan.
