Beginning to feel the blog is past its usefulness. Most of the early assertions seem to be vindicated, at least in practice. Suddenly!! now look at what the science is saying:

Very interesting that some things were thought to be far out theories a couple of years ago. Now the mechanism is being demonstrated. Remember PUFA’s come from soy oil, canola oil, and all those other seed oils being pushed in the vegan/ vegetarian community.
