Dr. Cat who wrote Deep Nutrition – reviewed recently, put this graphic on Twitter…  I knew she showed how harmful PUFAs are, however,  this seems pretty dramatic.  Concerned that she does not show diabetes to be a disease known to the ancients: Egyptians and Greeks that I know of.PUFA_Diabetes
