Press Machine 65 8 Lateral Raise 15-20 8 Ez Bar Tricep 35 8 Ab Pulldown Machine 65 6
Mil Press 45 8 Bent Laterals 20-25 8 Cable Press Down 76 4

Trying to incorporate the intensity ideas including “Body by Science” as well as the thoughts of Mike Mentzer – a body building legend.  Mentzer in particular really emphasizes the need to work hard, but briefly.  The point is to not go past your body’s ability to recover.
