One of the biggest conclusions, I have come to over the past 3-4 years is summed up by this graphic. I have come to wonder how much it affected my education. I still do not doubt the sincerity of the medical professional, I wonder about the open mindedness of the people directing research. The guy in practice understands that he cannot check everything himself.
