The 25 reps actually felt pretty cool. Reminds me of the long gone days when, then exchange student, now Herr Doktor Jens said the ultimate lift might be 100 reps.
Wondering if I am eating too much protein. Bacon, then ham. then burger with heart. The burger (from the 1/2 cow we bought) is pretty lean. Actually just ate some butter to cope with this.
