Chris Branigan says it pretty well with his responses on Twitter:
“Thought provoking. I hadn’t yet known that our brain size increased to 1500, when eating the largest prey animals ( more fat), then decreased to 1350, when we began eating smaller animals ( lower fat)- as well as moving to a hunter gatherer.”
Brain size (and function) is why meat and animal fat are critical.
