Walked this morning, met nice people. Some thoughts:
> Gun control works for law-abiding citizens, not criminals. Take away guns and we will have bombings, and other horrible things. Remember the Boston Marathon? no guns there.
> Humans are designed to eat meat. Low stomach pH, short intestines, remnant caecum. High saturated fat requirement for brain function. Meat never makes it to the colon to “rot” there.
> Humans are designed to move (exercise). How much and what kind is still up in the air. Strong “primitive” peoples such as Masai, Hadza, San do not have bulging muscles. See also pictures of American Indians from the 1800’s.
> Seed oils are poison; they started off as industrial lubricants. Crisco was invented to make soap.
> Then I stumbled on https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/01/200117080827.htm “New UC Riverside research shows soybean oil not only leads to obesity and diabetes, but could also affect neurological conditions like autism, Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety, and depression.” “If there’s one message I want people to take away, it’s this: reduce consumption of soybean oil,” Deol said about the most recent study.
