Leg Press (less weight deeper move) 300 8 Toe Raise 110 40 sec
Press 55 8 Pullback 60 45sec

Played 9 holes of golf yesterday, not a good score. Tired at the end; however, I felt really good at the end of it.  Do not think I am ready for 18.
